Another classic, the main baddie, the Hooded Claw, was voiced by the same bloke who played Uncle Arthur in Bewitched back in the 60s, Paul Lynch I think he was called.

He was originally Sylvester Sneakly, Penelope Pitstop's guardian, but he got jealous of her fame and fortune and became the Hooded Claw, and saught her demise, but failed every week due to her protection by the Ant Hill Mob, a group of vertically challenged Gangsters who drove a car called Chugaboom.
