I have to search what 'Deviled Eggs' Meant. We call this "Huevo Relleno (literally translated; Refilled Eggs) in Spanish.
My mun usually do mixing tuna with the Yolk, and a tradicional Catalan(*) stile mayonnaise (instead normal one) AKA; All i Oli -which is what English speakers call 'Aioli' (as a the name alioli comes from the 'phonetically -translated-' Catalan words for the two main ingredients all (garlic), i (and), and oli (oil). It is a very flavorful). This 'traditional method' of mix VERY SLOWLY the oil into 'Crushed Garlic cloves', in a mortar & pestle. (It can take up to an hour, or a bit more to make a nice portion manually with Mortar. -another quick way is to add Yolk egg and a bit of lemon juice, or malt vinagrer -as preservative- to the mix, whipping with an slow electric mixer/whisk).

Seriously guys!! if do you love Garlic bread... try this homemade -All i Oli- sauce in a plain slice of toasted bread instead!!!
alternatively... you may can buy it as industrial ones, but they usually are tasteless. It's like order a Vindaloo Curry, and they give you a Korma instead.  wrong! not, the WORST!!!.
