I'm partial to the crumbly varieties. Wensleydale, Cheshire etc.

I do also like the strong Blue cheeses. Yorkshire Blue is like Stilton.

There a jarlesburge cheese dip at the grocery store that's really good. When I worked in thr deli I sampled out I mean I also sapled it myself. I like lots of cheese I despize limberger cheese and not the greatest on goat cheese except a few dishes. Widmer cheese made in this state I like and cheese curds.
