Re: everybody else is doing it OR lolin talks to himself
so i got the phantom armor right at the beginning of the game with four hearts
that was fun
avoiding the lynel was the worst part and dodging the guardians was a blast
the guardians only killed me twice but the lynel killed me like, five times

Yeah the lynels are tough af.
Especially when you are starting out.
Eventually you get more practice at counters and they get easier. Better weapons helps too.
Guardians' lazorz can be reflected back with a well-themed shield, also, which does like half their health.
All this I know now, because I, too, died multiple times.

Re: everybody else is doing it OR lolin talks to himself
brah this is my fourth playthrough
when i get arrows i can solo lynels without losing anything but bow durability
guardians ain't shit either, three reflects and they're dead OR what i do is get one reflect off and then they "usually" stop moving long enough to take a guardian sword/axe to the legs and just chop 'em all off

it is... nerve-wracking
I bet! The last part of the order hall quest was nerve-wracking.
"Every position must be held to the last man: there must be no retirement. With our backs to the wall and believing in the justice of our cause, each one of us must fight on to the end."
Earl Douglas Haig, Order to the British Army, 12 April 1918
So death, the most terrifying of ills, is nothing to us, since so long as we exist, death is not with us; but when death comes, then we do not exist. It does not then concern either the living or the dead, since the former it is not, and the latter are no more.

Re: everybody else is doing it OR lolin talks to himself
Also you can never do anything but solo lynels.
Re: everybody else is doing it OR lolin talks to himself
Because it's Zelda.
