Portrayal of Ralph Wiggum on the Simpsons

I feel his character is a negative portrayal of a Neurodiverse person with a few problems, he gets constantly bullied by the "normal" kids including Bart Simpson, who's said to be on the ASD spectrum himself...
Anyone agree?

Probably, but so is the Prince Reagent in S3 of Blackadder.
Baldrick is a negative portrayal of those of little economic means.
It's comedy, sometimes you're the pigeon, sometimes you're the statue.

to be fair, a LOT of comedy has a habit of punching down
minorities especially are at risk of being joked about
do you know how many friggin times i've heard "I Identify as an attack helicopter"
