How to delete Facebook forever?

I've found the settings to delete my account forever... But it says there's a problem and it won't let me delete! How do I solve this? I have used Google and they have Facebook in North America and Canada.

Your screenshot is a bit truncated, so I can't read it all, but have you tried other solutions?

Go into your account settings. Turn off notifications. Switch account to private, or to friends & contacts only, then delete all friends and contacts. Delete ALL info about yourself. Set up some random e-mail address that you will never access, and then make that your contact e-mail. Change the password to a random string of letters and numbers, and don't save it to your PC.

Hey presto. A facebook account that you will never be able to access, and nobody can leave any postings on, even if they can read it.

Thanks, my Brother's done one better and blocked FB and Reddit in the browser settings.
