It's an HP Envy 2760, they have them in North America and Canada, and I am aware of Google.

From...Google

To clean the printheads of a HP Envy 2760, you can follow these steps:

1 - From the control panel:

Tap the Menu icon, then the Tools icon, then Troubleshooting > Clean printheads.

2 - From the Embedded Web Server:

Go to Colour > Optimize print quality.

3 - Manually clean the printhead:

Blot the cartridge with a warm damp paper towel or coffee filter.
Hold the cartridge with the printhead facing down against a dry paper towel for 2-3 minutes.

4 - Use the HP Utility (Windows only):

Make sure there is paper in the input tray or a roll loaded.
In the Support tab of the HP Utility, click Printhead Cleaning, and follow the instructions on the screen.

5 - If the software method doesn’t resolve the issue:

Turn on your printer and open the access door.
Wait for the cartridge carriage to centre then unplug the printer.
Carefully remove each ink cartridge.
Clean the cartridge contacts with a lint-free cloth.
Gently clean the printhead contacts inside the printer using a printer cleaning kit to dab any excess cleaning solution and absorb ink.
Allow components to dry for 10 minutes before reassembling.

Turns out it's a 6270, not a 2670.
