Above.
I need to check the tracking on an item that was sent back to a company in China 3 weeks tomorrow ago, according to the tracking, they received it a fortnight since but the company are saying they haven't.
Please do not tell me to use Google, I am already in a bad mood for various reasons.
Is there a way to contact Royal Mail without going through the automated crap?

You could try walking into your local sorting office.
Dunno if they can help you, but it would be a face-to-face contact.

To those just starting on the journey of life I say...
Bang your own drum. Walk your own path. Live wildly. Love fiercely.
As you near the end, look back with no regrets.

I contacted RM on Twitter last night, according to the tracking, the item was received in China a fortnight ago, but magicwardrobes.com are saying they haven't received it and it's currently stuck in customs.
However, I predicted this would happen so I bought virtually the same product, custom made from an Australian seller on eBay, to come by this time next week allegedly.
