Personally I think the right are getting their knickers in a tizzle over a complete and utter non issue, it WASN'T assault.

Regardless of whether the absolute twonk deserved it or not, it's common assault by the laws of the land. Similarly when Prescott was egged and numerous other incidences of this sort of stuff happening.

It won't go any further anyway. As much as Farage is within his rights to press charges, he won't because it will look petty and won't do him any favours.
