I've been trying to log in to check the status of my application, and despite resetting the password 3 times, it still won't let me log in! I am aware the passwords are case sensitive, that's not the issue.
The back story is I applied last week to volunteer at the BRC Charity shop in Hillsborough, have sent in references and everything, but I've had no updates on my application from them, everything's online, but as mentioned I cannot log in on their website.
I am aware of Google, but can anyone help?
