Merry Christmas Everybody

I'm sure that I speak for all the staff here at AnimeLeague when I wish all the visitors to this site a Merry Christmas, and I hope you enjoy a great day with your families.

Let us not forget those members of our community who will not be spending the day with their families as they will be at work.

The people of our Emergency Services, working to keep us healthy and safe over the holiday. Police, Fire and Ambulance personnel, the Doctors, Nurses and Care Workers in our Hospitals, Hospices and Rest Homes. The technicians from the Energy Industry who will be responding to Gas leaks and Power outages. The staff of the investigative services such as Crime Scene Investigators and Crash Investigators.

The men and women of our Armed Services, especially those serving abroad in these times of unrest.

Those members of the Hospitality and Retail sectors who will be working today, serving meals, stacking shelves and providing jars of Cranberry Sauce for the last minute forgetful revellers.

I also don't want to miss out those people who are of different faiths and cultures. You may not celebrate Christmas, but I wish you a day of peace and happiness non-the-less.

If I have left anybody off the list, it is not by any intention. Our best wishes, and thanks, go to you all.
