Above.

It's in the Oven as I write.

Cooking from frozen.

If it has been in the freezer then yes should be fine.

As someone who works in catering:

If it says best before date then yes it'll be fine, sometimes things over a year past the best before date can still be perfectly fine to eat.

If it was a use by date (which is rare to find on frozen products) then I'd be highly doubtful about eating it.

However if it was bought fresh and put in the freezer before that date then it's still perfectly fine.

The "expiry" dates on most frozen products are usually Best Before Dates, and that is because the quality starts to do a bit downhill due to dehydration (or freezer burn) of the materials after a couple of months. Food safety wise, if properly cooked, no problems.

If the pizza was bought fresh, was kept properly chilled, and then frozen before the expiry date, as previously stated there shouldn't be any problems if it is properly cooked.

Freezing does not kill food poisoning bacteria, so proper cooking is essential to kill the bacteria that might have started growing on the food before it was frozen.

At worst, it may be a bit bland from the freeze. Or some nausea if it was in fact bad.

Well if it'd gone bad after cooking, I think I'd know about it somehow by now.

Well it was OK, I just cremated last night's tea by setting the Alexa timer for 20 minutes when it should've been about 15.
