Can anyone remember an animated song that was on TOTP back in the late 80s?

As I recall it featured cartoon space creatures singing.

And before you ask, it wasn't Star Trekkin' by The Firm :D

I've scoured YouTube, but because I can't remember the name of the song I've drawn a blank.

"He's not the Messiah, he's a very naughty boy!" (Michael Palin in Monty Python's "Life of Brian")
"I am speaking UK English in a Sheffield accent!" (Me most of the time I'm on the landline or mobile)

Was it this?

Don Felder - Heavy Metal (Takin' a Ride)

Of course, singing space aliens makes me think of Daft Punk's One More Time.

This probably isn't what you are looking for...

Scorpions had a partially animated video for Rhythm of Love.
Sorry, no apologise for the bad hair, cliche poses and sexualised dancers. It was 1988, and I didn't make the video.

To those just starting on the journey of life I say...
Bang your own drum. Walk your own path. Live wildly. Love fiercely.
As you near the end, look back with no regrets.
