Beginning with a mysterious shipwreck, the trailer first introduces the kaiju beast as a gargantuan, water-traveling beast. As citizens try to reckon with what could possibly be destroying their city to this extent. The final moments show Godzilla's scales growing blue, seemingly charging an attack.

Film will be coming back to UK cinemas before the end of 2024, with a black & white version, as well as the original full colour version.

Teaser for the B&W version, which debuted in Japan in January.
