Oriflame UK - Is it a scam? (Is the Pope a Catholic?)

So I ill-fatedly signed up this week for a remote sales job, paid £20, they sent me a link to sign in for the first Zoom meeting that should've started about 20 minutes ago, I tried the log in on both my phone and my PC, it says "login disabled"! Eh?!

£20 for a scam site?! WTF?!

I wouldn't mind but the ad was on Indeed, and I'm actually looking for remote work at the moment due to the limited hours I can work "in person"

Oriflame UK

Methinks I need to get my Internet security expert Brother to check it out, I somehow doubt it's legit.

"He's not the Messiah, he's a very naughty boy!" (Michael Palin in Monty Python's "Life of Brian")
"I am speaking UK English in a Sheffield accent!" (Me most of the time I'm on the landline or mobile)

"Opportunities to join our sales force and start your own business."

Looks like it is a bit like Avon or similar catalogue operations.

You sign up to be a "sales rep" but you probably have to buy the products upfront and then resell them to your family and friends, or your income is only the commission from your sales.

Always be suspicious if you have to pay for "training".
To those just starting on the journey of life I say...
Bang your own drum. Walk your own path. Live wildly. Love fiercely.
As you near the end, look back with no regrets.
