Roxi Karaoke device red box/mic not working

I've had it since early 2021, so it's probably out of warranty, I've contacted Roxi via their website (which I found on Google, so I am aware of it) regarding the issues, but it's unlikely they'll give a coherent response.

Can anyone help?

As mentioned I've contacted the Roxi Support.
