Me? Not really, although there was one day it was REALLY windy, and Mum made me stay Home because she thought I wouldn't be able to manage the Taxi doors! I wouldn't mind but the next day I got badly bullied for "wagging"!

Hmm. That's a loooooong time ago for me.

I think I missed a week because I had German Measles. No fun being in isolation in the early seventies. No smart phones or PC's then, and restricted telly hours. Read a lot and listened to the radio.

Then there was the time I broke my wrist. Missed a few days then.

No. I would never have skipped school just to be sick. Now concerts were another story.
