Most breeds of Bulldog are already banned in the UK under the Dangerous Dogs Act as far as I know, particularly Pitbulls, and in some cases, Staffies.
However, having mostly grown up around dogs, I know that a stupid dog, is more often than not, trained by an even more stupid owner.
Thoughts?
