So let's pretend that there is a piece of technology that allows to you wipe your memory of anything for of media but you can only use it once. Which of the following do you wipe so you can enjoy it again for the first time?

1. Movie
2. Game
3. Anime

For me it's going to be:

1. Goodfellas
2. The Last of Us
3. Flowers of Evil

These aren't necessarily my favourite of each genre but I feel like the had a huge impact story wise when I first watched/played them.

Oh god this is a hard one!

I will say for the anime straight away I'm thinking either The Promised Neverland or Death Parade both because of how emotionally attached I was to some of the characters from both and some scenes if I was to go back to watch will never have the same affect compared to when I watched them for the first time.

Movie I will go with A Silent Voice not my fave film but I still liked it and as someone who knows sign language this really hit home with the story and I just loved the chemistry between the two main characters.

For game I'm gonna go with Hogwarts Legacy because I won't lie as much as I loved this game the excitement died down very quickly because I worked through the story in like a week or two lol. I would love to relive that same level of excitement and emersion.

1: Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines
2: Possibly the Xbox 360 version of Street Fighter 2 Turbo, it was an unplayable mess IMO
3: Howl's Moving Castle, I didn't really understand the story?

I'm going to bend the rules and abuse these powers for my beneficial gain. I don't want to forget so I can enjoy it again for the first time, I'd want to forget because the thing I spent my time on was garbage. With that in mind....
1. The Martian. I want my time back for watching this steaming heap of low-effort sci-fi.
2. World of Warcraft. I want my 16 years back! If I saw the game for the first time today I wouldn't give it a second thought.
3. Tenshi no Drop. Don't google that, I will not be held responsible. Or do google it, I don't care, I'm not your mother.

Tenshi no Drop
I Google'd it. I. I. Need a rest. I've been to the darkest corners of the internet, I've seen things no one should. That. Ranks right up there with them.
I'm going to watch it again tomorrow

1. Difficult this one: So many tripe films to forget..
I want to feel the awe again of 2001
The shock and Claustrophobia of Alien
Watch Ghostbusters without going through it practically line for line....

So I'm going Matrix, Genre breaking and so often copied.
2. COD: Anything above MW3. Heap of steaming horse sh....
3. Grave of the fireflies. Don't get me wrong, it's a brilliant film, the story is sublime, and soul destroying.

In The Martian, I thought it was funny/silly that Matt Damon made a single that said "no".
