Above.

I bought a pair of Batman boots from a Chinese seller on eBay a few weeks ago, they arrived at Mum's last Wednesday, UK size 10, tried them on Thursday morning, couldn't even get in 'em!

Anyway I opened a return request, took them to the PO on Tuesday to see how much it'd cost in International postage, £46! You what? I've relisted them for less than the asking price but I guarantee they won't sell so I'm stuck with a pair of boots that don't fit me.

Has anyone else had problems with International sellers on eBay UK?

I steer clear of International sellers, especially from China, and I ALWAYS check to see if the buyer has to pay for returns.
To those just starting on the journey of life I say...

I always buy from the Chinese on ebay, but I mostly buy electronics. You can get some things in bulk for cheap. Not all of the items in the bulk are legit or good quality, but the few that are will still be cheaper and worth it. Also you can still scavange some parts from the dubious ones so even more worth it.
But yeah, I wouldn't buy normal people stuff from the Chinese on ebay...

Back in the day I ordered a generic tablet with KitKat 4.4 on it from a seller in China. It cost 20USD no shipping fee. I ordered it on Black Friday and it arrived in February. Lol It literally took the slow boat. It worked perfectly and would have been about 75USD to get a name brand equivalent.

Oh, I was on Amazon tho.

But nothing wrong with buying from China. You just seem to have bad luck.

I wouldn't mind but it's not the first time I've been sold a Pup on eBay and probably won't be the last.

Well it did take so long that I thought I got cheated at first.

China is also great at labling things as nonsense to avoid import fees. Bought 2 3D printers that showed up as scrap metal worth 10USD. Most electronics I buy in bulk show up as fertilizer or sweing equipment worth 5-20USD. Fine by me since import fees are dumb anyway.
