Idiot football fans on Sheffield Supertram on match days!

Above.
Normally I know not to travel on a Hillsborough bound Tram after about 13.30 when Wednesday are at Home, however, I didn't know yesterday that Wednesday were at Home against Plymouth, and I was on a full to bursting Tram from the Cathedral, full of rowdy Wednesday fans singing badly and generally acting like numpties.
Surely since a certain event in April 1989, SYP would put more Police in the area on match days? Also, Supertram should put more Hillsborough bound Trams on the route? I know it'd cost them money but surely they'd make most of that back in extra fares due to the increase in passengers?
And seeing as I stopped following football in general as far back as the mid to late 80s, I never know when the matches are unless I read Facebook.
I know United fans don't have this problem as the Tram doesn't go anywhere near Bramall Lane!
I remember a couple of years ago, I was coming back on a Tram one Saturday afternoon, Wednesday were at Home to Millwall, and it was in the Star that night that Millwall fans had actually WRECKED the Tram! SYP should've escorted them ALL down to Snig Hill nick, charged 'em with affray (at least) and chucked the flippin' keys in the Don! I actually had to get off the Tram on West St as I felt intimidated, yet I couldn't phone Home for Dad to come and save me as my phone had died! And my support worker didn't see me get off the Tram as she was sat so far away as the Tram was so full!
And don't even get me started on how useless the local Plod was! I'd got my green Sunflower Lanyard on as well that says I have a disability!
When I finally made it Home I emailed the local MP to voice my displeasure at the useless local Plod, and he responded saying he'd have a word.
