Above.
Names.co.uk, according to their ad on Facebook, offer "free" .com or co.uk domain names, so I signed up the other week for a free account, I tried to order a domain richallen.co.uk and it wanted about £20 a year for the hosting/domain name, so it's actually NOT free, should I report the company for false advertising?

I don't know much about this, but perhaps the domain name is free, but it is common to have to pay hosting fees. £20 per year doesn't seem so much.
Also, why ".co.uk?" That implies you are some sort of company. Are you thinking of selling things through your blog? It actually says that ".me.uk" is more suitable for blogs.
Try contacting them first for clarification before going off half cocked.

I wouldn't be able to sell stuff, not even online, as one of the terms of my tenancy is that I can't run a Biz from the Flat, I also don't have anything to sell, except maybe a few old games I don't use, maybe stick 'em on eBay.
