Problems watching Britbox

I'm currently trying to watch an episode of classic Doctor Who on Britbox, the Internet keeps dropping out saying there's a problem with the connection, I'm at my Parents, they're on Sky.

I've asked Dad and he's checked the router, on which there's 3 lights saying everything's working.

What could be the issue?

I am aware of Google, I've been using it all day.
