More well known for her singing career and romcom movies, Jennifer Lopez takes on a more physical role in the Netlix movie The Mother.
Lopez plays an assassin who has to come out of hiding to protect the daughter she gave up long ago. The role has her vaulting over railings, taking part in car chases and undergoing a training to prepare for a showdown.
The film is due out in May 2023, and a trailer has been streaming.
