I'm in a bit of trouble here

So, I know this forum probably isn't the place for this, but meh, it's a longshot, maybe we get some anime magic going and an unlikely encounter leads to something new.

Sooooo...do to a change in leadership at my current job the site I work at has been going down hill for a while and it's getting to a point where I should really think about finding a new place.
Currently working Security in Liverpool, but I'm willing to move if I find something really good somewhere else (like Manchester maybe?)
If anyone here has any good ideas or thinks they can help in anyway, I welcome it.
(If such a topic is too inappropriate for here, get rid of it I guess. ^^")
