On the 1st of every month, we hand out three awards -

1. Poster Of the Month - The person who made the most posts in that month.
2. Member Of the Month - The person (can not be a hmod or admin) who, as picked by the admins, contributed the most during that month.
3. Newcomer of the Month - The member who joined that month who, as picked by the admins, made the biggest positive addition to the community.
