Thing is, in a forum like this, having a club is probably like a self fulfilling prophecy. If we have it in the first place, or start bringing it up more, more people that are only kinda into it might remember that, "oh yeah, that's a thing that was kinda interesting" and people that don't know about it may be introduced to it more to check it out. So over time, the existence itself may create new members. Honestly I'm surprised how weirdly little vtuber stuff is on this forum considering it's the new big fad in weeb culture for the rest of the internet.

I get what you mean. I was surprised too. When you go to any anime meme kind of website you will get the Vtubers in the memes too. Its becoming part of the weeb culture and the fact I've gotten Korones sticker on the Liverpool Con, from an artist that had nothing else from Vtubers shows that maybe its a bit slower here in UK but it is happening.
And don't get me wrong, if we can make a clan, then count me in. I just don't know how strict are the rules, and if we go by them we need will need more people.
Also why can the Holo En get on American Conventions but not on UK ones? We have freaking Ame, and shes from UK. I want me Vtubers on Cons!!!

yeah. i think it's cos it's a medium that can get someone alot of exposure very quickly. then if you take into account superchats (youtube) or subs and donations (twitch) they can make alot of money quickly too

just lately i've been watching alot of the Hololive EN girls play minecraft together. it's very funny but the best two to watch are mumei and kronii. Mumei with her obsession with berries and kronii with her "bunkronii"

Yeah i'm not into the Vshojo Vtubers as much as i am Hololive. i just don't find them very entertaining.......except when Ironmouse is streaming with CdawgVA. I like how he keeps winding her up by calling her Tungsten Rat.

i agree, but i do get the feeling the excitement is gonna end soon because of the amount of people transitioning into it. it’s starting to become obvious that a lot of the community is just people bandwagoning for attention as opposed to because they thoroughly enjoy and are passionate about it, which is gonna drive people away cause they’re gonna start getting the idea of “oh vtubers just do it for views”. it’s a real shame for those who do genuinely love it
