Sadly i'm in tier 2 which makes no sense because with the exception of Norwich, Norfolk has one of the lowest infection rate in the uk which should have put us in tier 1 but because we're next to lincolnshire which has a high infection rate they lumbered us in with like 80% of the country in tier 2.

California is on purple. Which is essential business only. Curfew from 10pm to 5am unless it's essential.

Luckly its the area I live had not been put in to any Tier measure yet but even so I am at a higher risk to covid so have been following as in I was in tier 3, I honestly can say I have not noticed any difference to how I currently live I do all my purchasing online which has been the case form when i was 20, a benefit has been that since Ive not been eating out, I've been skilling up my cooking capability so no longer reaching for the cup noodle,

They basically just go with what the cities and major towns are like and lumber the rest of the area with it it seems.
Devon is only tier 2 because of Plymouth and Exeter
