So I heard there is this google chrome extension where you can have a watch party on netflix and such.

Would anyone be interested in doing this one night? We are all self isolating anyway and not like we can go out with everything closed

I've never heard of this extension before, it certainly looks pretty cool and interesting

Only the host needs the account, (and a desktop or laptop). Although you can view on a smartphone.

If you do a TV series you have to send a new link every episode. So movies are probably the best bet.
