I used to intern for a documentary production house for about three months. I would transcript interviews, check edit scripts for accuracy, and sometimes even go on outdoor shoots to help carry the equipment around. It's pretty nice.

he said it's an easy enough job for what has to be done there (he mostly scans stock at the moment) but he does 4, 10 hour shifts and he said the biggest killer is standing up for those 10 hours

I'm a nuclear engineer

As one I design reload fuel designs for commercial nuclear reactors in the US and abroad and both perform safety analysis and design user documentation for that reload cycle.

As a special duty I am working as the lead designer and developer for a software project.

Business Intelligence. In a nutshell I'm a database administrator, data analyst, and create reports to make it easier for business managers to see what's going so they can make better decisions.

in all honesty probably not, a lot of the stuff I'm in I either had very short hair, hats and a lot of prosthetics.

here's a few films : the hooligan factory, Avenger's age of ultron, infinite war, end game, black panther resident evil the final chapter ect
anime : samurai champloo, Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress

That's quite the list. You wouldn't recognize me from Adam lol.

I've also noticed this a few times bit you should put your response outside of the quote block because it's confusing when it's inside.

Just make sure you're past the [ /quote] tag.

I teach English to keep my visa, but also work as a photographer and nonfiction writer. Leaning hard in the direction of creative work and entrepreneurial stuff at this point because teaching makes me want to jump off a bridge.

My brother was planning on doing that (teaching English) in Japan but it never quite worked out.

Instead, he worked at a translation firm for mobile games to maintain his work visa, and then finally married his wife. They're in the process of moving stateside now.

Sounds like things are in flux and uncertain for you right now. I apologize if I'm misunderstanding. But if that is the case, what are you planning to do in order to stabilize?

Teaching is OK, and it can be a good vehicle for some people, but I've been doing it too long (Korea, Taiwan, China, and Japan over a span of 10 years) and I'm just sick to death of it. I need to find a way out of the job while staying in the country, and need to maintain my work visa until I can either get the spouse visa or citizenship. Getting married later this year, and I want to move to the countryside and buy a house before we have kids. Teaching English is mostly a single-person's game, and most companies only pay you the lowest they can legally get away with.

I'm in the process of building a few different online businesses, as well as some local services that are viable wherever we move. One benefit of the pandemic situation and being furloughed is having the time to really clarify what I'm aiming for and what I need to do to make it happen.
