I thought it was usually 4.30pm >_> Doesn't help when most smaller branches in the smaller towns are going so have to travel alll the way into town

Yeah due to card issues we've had to visit Virgin 3 times this week.

Fortunately they're very good with me as we've been using this particular branch in Hillsborough for years since it used to be Yorkshire Bank, who got took over by Virgin Money a couple of years ago.

I did have various agendas today, but typically the flippin' support worker's called in sick again! Fortunately we have a meeting with social services next week, so I'm going to have to bring this and various other issues up.
