Pretty simple you just give the next person a question and give them 2 options. They answer and then its there turn to give a diffeent question with 2 options.

after thinking about it long and hard I'd have to say a pilot an eva and it's totally not because I don't know the other showing all <_<

would you rather play a game that never ends but this is the only game you can play for the rest your life (this game will always be fun to you you will not be totally bored after a while)
OR
play a new game every day it either ends really quickly or you don't finish it and never get a chance to play it again

receive a quirk but every time you use it it gets weaker
