I think that the above list should be treated as advisory and a council is established to accurately place each one on the list. A new waifu inducted each week.

Goku is probably like D tier. One one hand, you have the strongest husband in like several universes. On the other hand, he's p dense and he's never home. Plus he discourages your child from learning.
