It's not exactly new but I have had a McGangbang before and it was all kinds of tasty. The guys at the maccies near me where almost fighting for the chance to make it.
would be awesome to have secret menu items on the regular menu for a limited time.

Quarter pounder with flavor.

Basically the same as what they currently call a quarter pounder with cheese, except actually seasoned like they used to do instead of bland like they are now.

Probably wouldn't be a favorite with marketing.

McDLT Ultimate:

3 piece bun, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, 2 patties, 2 slices of cheese, and a separate styrofoam container for each ingredient.

don't know if you can see it very well but that's a McChicken sandwich inside a double cheeseburger but they put a sesame seeded bun top on the top instead of the plain one you get from a double cheeseburger.
also known as a McGangbang

Not today but yes I have. I’ve also tried the Mc10:35 which is an egg McMuffin inside a double cheese burger but you have to be quick with that one and order it at exactly 10:30 because most maccies stop serving breakfast then and, then 5 mins later you’ve got you Mc10:35

Red wine and venison steak burger sealed between two minted lamb chops instead of buns.
"Every position must be held to the last man: there must be no retirement. With our backs to the wall and believing in the justice of our cause, each one of us must fight on to the end."

Earl Douglas Haig, Order to the British Army, 12 April 1918

So death, the most terrifying of ills, is nothing to us, since so long as we exist, death is not with us; but when death comes, then we do not exist. It does not then concern either the living or the dead, since the former it is not, and the latter are no more.
