Naruto vs Pain - Naruto Shippuden
Goku vs Freisa - Dragonball Z

One that sticks out in my head is from Ninja Scroll

If Tessai hadn't forced himself on Kagero a few hours previous to the fight I don't honestly think Jubei would have won but it was thanks to Kagero's poison lips that Jubei killed Tessai
