Couldn't narrow down to one so here's a few of my favs
Otoha vs Ekou - Karas
Naruto vs Pain - Naruto Shippuden
Goku vs Freisa - Dragonball Z

One that sticks out in my head is from Ninja Scroll

Jubei Vs Tessai

If Tessai hadn't forced himself on Kagero a few hours previous to the fight I don't honestly think Jubei would have won but it was thanks to Kagero's poison lips that Jubei killed Tessai
