I like many kinds of salt, but I think kala namak won't work.

I like many kinds of ketchup as well, but the ones that work for fries contain tomatoes in large percentages. :P

All this talk about fries is making me wonder if anyone here knows of the horseshoe sandwich where the fries are practically a condiment in itself. Pretty much any diner around here has a variation of it one way or another. Some even have breakfast horseshoes, where its... more "breakfesty", with the fries being swapped for hashbrowns, or cheese swapped for gravy, to give a few examples.

Basically just a slightly more intense salt with a little sweetness. It's nothing crazy.

Extra cheese sauce on mine.

With a breakfast one, I like home fries in place of the French fries and breakfast sausage in place of the burger, but I stick with the cheese sauce. And add scrambled eggs.

The place I usually get a breakfast one from is: toast, egg, sausage gravy, bacon or sausage with hash browns.

If that's not to your liking, then you can just swap things out. Some people eat regular horseshoes on pancakes instead of toast, while others prefer to swap out the hamburger for some other meat, like fish or chicken. It's a sandwich of endless possibilities.

Yeah cheese is acceptable.

As is marmite.
"Every position must be held to the last man: there must be no retirement. With our backs to the wall and believing in the justice of our cause, each one of us must fight on to the end."

Earl Douglas Haig, Order to the British Army, 12 April 1918

So death, the most terrifying of ills, is nothing to us, since so long as we exist, death is not with us; but when death comes, then we do not exist. It does not then concern either the living or the dead, since the former it is not, and the latter are no more.
