It's the worst isn't it!
Funnily enough I actually used to bite ice cream lol, but once the sensitivity got really bad I wouldn't dream of it Q_Q

I used to bite ice cream too
my friends called me a masochist.I always would think "maybe this time I will be okay", but I used to do it in middle school when I ate it with boys to not trigger them to make comments.
Cold drinks and food are more painful than hot, but still I always pour cold water to my tea and coffee to make it cooler.
