Bored, and sore

Also aching like mad, dug a trench big enough to bury myself in, did the job I had to do, then back filled it, then removed a load of patio slabs, ready for bed zzz

Slightly annoyed, I've just had Laura on the mobile, main support worker's rung in sick! Fortunately they're sending this other girl who's just come back off maternity, she knows me but she's not been for at least 2 years.

A bit confused? They've just sent an email from work, that the hourly rate's going up by 50p an hour, which would be fine if not for the fact that through no fault of my own, I hardly ever work! In fact I spoke to the Office in Nottingham yesterday, they're supposed to send me an email of some work coming up this month, I've just checked, nothing yet! WHY did I take this flippin' job?! The Office has the communication skills of a duck and never responds to correspondence unless they want summat, and there's no demand for my services.

Who's your ISP? If it's Talk Talk, I feel your pain, about 2 and half years ago I had a heated argument with their African call centre on the subject of coming out of contract because the Fibre didn't work.

Thing is, I know the reason most of the big names outsource their call centres is because they're considerably cheaper than UK ones, but when most of 'em don't understand most UK regional dialects, particularly someone who speaks broad Yorkshire in a slight Liverpool accent like I do, it's kind of false economy IMO.

Also, up to about this time last year I was with local firm Plusnet for Fibre and Landline, the landline basically didn't work, and the Fibre was unuseable, plus the call centre was doing my head in, even though the Office is based in Town (behind the City Hall Tram stop) for some reason they employ people who don't speak English.

Don't get me wrong I am NOT racist or xenophobic, I just have NO patience.
