Happy, I managed to get the new universal TV remote to work! All I need now is a working Sky Q remote, sorted.

I am feeling apprehensive at the moment. An important change has happened. It will take me a while to adjust but all should be good.

Happy (for a change)

TKD later, to finally master Yul Gok and 2 step sparring, hopefully Mr S will consent to me going for blue belt in March.

About halfway though? Good luck, I got as far as 3rd kyu in Shotokan, until some impatient nice lady ended that (story for another day).
Slightly fuzzy, but relaxed, firing coffee down my throat as it's a school night.

Yep, way back in June 1990, at the age of just turned 14, I started Shukokai Karate at a local Sports Centre, much to the chagrin of school! I've trained in other styles of Japanese Karate under various Senseis over the years, until October 2016 when I started TKD, in fact I've just got back from tonight's class.

Bit tired, but I think I'm finally getting a bit fitter, even at my age so I'm not as tired as I would've been at one point.

Nice, glad you still can, I have no Cartlidge left in my right knee, and my left ankle is held together with titanium platingm, getting down for a Kokutso Dachi stance became impossible, I've fallen off the wagon a bit, so I need to get out of my malaise and start doing something, I'll be looking for the next size up clothing at this rate!

Oh yeah, that "Horse riding stance" was always hard, you had to get down REALLY low, like being sat on the Khazi lol.

Tired, been busy all day, and I should probably give my eyes a rest from staring at a PC screen all day.
