feeling slightly better today as i've actually been sleeping (got like 5 hours last night!) so it feels as if my body and more importantly my mind are catching up, no more working on auto-pilot mode for me (for now, anyways :3)

a little drunk if I’m honest. I bought a bottle of wine to have with my Sunday lunch and I had good intentions to only have 1 glass as I’m only really allowed 2 units of alcohol a day on anticoagulant therapy and 6 units a week but once the bottle was opened I couldn’t stop myself and ended up drinking it all. Was a really nice merlot.
