Man that sucks. Have they written off the debt? Or even caught the person?

So my credit cards were cancelled and new ones have been issued with new pins so they cannot spend anymore of the money. Refunds are/will be issued to my card in the next 4-5 days and then the card provider will being investigations their end with the retailers. I will only hear from the credit card company if any of the purchases can be traced back to me (eg. the delivery address is to my address or an address close by). Otherwise I won't hear anymore. I checked earlier today and 3 of the 4 transactions have been refunded to my card with just one left to be sorted. I did ask the guy on the phone if they'd be able to get the delivery addresses from the retailers and how it would be dealt with but all he would tell me was he was not at liberty to discuss the procedures in detail. I assume they would be able to get the delivery addresses etc and proceed from there but I don't honestly know. All I know is, it's out of my hands, a refund will automatically applied to my account in full and that's that so thankfully wasn't as bad as I first thought. Was a shock and a half to log on to my account to find an additional £1,500 had been applied to my credit card! Just so grateful it wasn't my debit card or that cash was withdrawn because that apparently leads to a-whole-nother World!

On another notes, I just bought £78's worth of games on the PlayStation Store sale :D hehe.

Thanking you :) I'm relieved now but when it first happened I was in a state of shock and disbelief.

I'd sell all my body organs if I could get everything I possibly wanted in life...

TBH, I'd rather gett accommodation myself, as I'm so bored of being in my flat TBH...
