Just been looking for both, currently they are sale items only, usual places cult 3d, yeggi, cg trader...., nothing in the free domain yet. Yet.
Lucifer's cane is nothing more really than an apple top of a pointed cane with a cone segment under it, you could in theory make one quiet easily.

I also downloaded "A Little to the Left" (5 times) from Game Pass, and the damn thing still doesn't work! I know it's not my console at fault because everything else works.
