Insurance claim on O2 (£30 excess? Damn you O2!

) because my phone won't turn off, and consequently died last night, and I can't put it on charge! Google Pixel 7, had it about 16.5 months since October 2022.

I just tried to discuss it with an Agent on live chat, they won't talk to me because everything's now on the MyO2 app, so consequently I'm gonna have to go down to the shop tomorrow and I have various agendas tomorrow afternoon.

I tried to talk to the O2 on the app, eventually my phone died (it's been on charge for most of the last 3 and a bit hours) but prior to that, I kept getting some bot who asked for my name and phone number, despite me typing it in at least 3 times.

I know it's the way of the world that nobody will talk to you these days, even online but come on!

I'm now gonna have to go all the way to Town tomorrow afternoon to discuss it in the shop, and it's unlikely they'll give me a phone while mine's off for repairs because I'm still paying this one off for probably the rest of my natural life.

So I'm probably gonna have to do what I did before and nip in Argos, buy a cheap PAYG on a naff Network purely to have a phone to hand.
