well an air fryer works like a grill as it still has a heating element above the food much in the same way as a grill does except there’s a fan above that, that pushes the heat down and cooks the food. There’s no actual frying involved.

Tonight I’m having a tuna salad bowl from asda except I added a couple boiled eggs and a little cheese to it
