What are you doing right now? (Version 2)

Post by Elgood81 » 17 Feb 2023, 16:32

resting my knee, while I was in Japan I had a fall in shinjuku (I was drunk at the time) and I’ve badly bruised all of the soft tissue around my knee. I went to A&E yesterday for X-rays to make sure I hadn’t broken anything and they told me not to walk on it and rest it.

Waiting for tea.

Normally I'd be going back to the Flat after, but seeing as Dad doesn't like driving in the dark, I've consented to stay here and get up early tomorrow to go back for the support guy.

Watching Corrie.

Packing ready for a Con tomorrow.

Sorting my stuff out for comic con tomorrow.

Just got to print the Train tickets out, I can't decide which of my new cameras to take so I'm taking both.

Looking for new drills as some "delightfully un-employed and poorly" person decided to help themselves into into my car last and take whatever they could carry so they could buy some medicine for themselves.....
I've had 4 hrs sleep.
I "HAD" a Dentist appointment at 08.00
I no longer have back windows. Quoted at £840 fitted, each.
I've had enough coffee to fill the Titanic.
And currently vibrating like Fry in the Futurama Episode.
I'm losing 2 days pay.
My tolerance and patience are currently about about 1 Kelvin.
Once you’ve met someone, you never really forget them. it just takes a while for your memories to return

I've just had a very good 2 hour meeting for work.

There's a couple more coming up next month I think.

If the windows being broken wasn't directly your fault, you can claim it on the insurance, you'd lose the NCB obviously but it's still cheaper than £1680.

Done it that method, bye bye 14 years NCB.

Since it is Pancake Day, I've been mixing pancake batter ready to make said pancakes when Mrs Oji gets home.
