Just got back from the Hospital, I know from old that getting a Taxi between about half 2 and 4 o'clock's a pain because of the school runs, but one we booked didn't even turn up! Well it did but somebody else got in it!

Just had a very productive chat on O2 live chat with a customer service rep called Deepshika, who successfully changed my payment method on my device plan to the main account.

Now I won't get Virgin screaming at me about failed payments every week.
