I don't think there is a best time to get up in the morning. But I like late mornings

I aim for 7.30am Weekdays, 8.30am Weekends. But it's been more like 5.30am on Weekdays due to work recently, and catching up by sleeping into the afternoon on Weekends. I'm finding it quite difficult not to fall asleep in my computer chair right now.

I started enjoying getting up early in the morning, when I'm up early.

I'm usually awake for 5:30-6am and up by 6:30-7am as a rule Monday to Friday although this week has shaken that up a little already what with living out of a hotel room! I wouldn't say it's the best time but it does seem to work for me. I then sleep in extra on a Saturday or Sunday unless I have something pre-planned that I need to be up for

I love a good sleep in as much as the next person.
I'm a Mid Morning person.

I don't have a preference since my choice in the matter is kinda limited. Ideally I should at least wake up and sort out a few important things between 7am and 8am, but obviously, this isn't always possible for one reason or another and so I let myself down. I do my best and that's okay.

I'm... not the greatest about getting up in the mornings. But when I do, I like being up at 8-9am because I tend to feel quite good and I end up getting a lot of things done.

I tend to wake up early, so that I can get things out of the way, and have time to relax or do whatever.

O work three shift rotation so my view was from my last job was getting up at 6:30 usually.
Getting up late feels like a waste of a day I like to get up and do everything I need before 2pm.
Well at least when I was on a 9-5.

Despite being a Night worker, I am a morning person. I work and function best the first time I wake up, about 7:30am, if I wake up later, I get terrible migraines and feel crap later. I tend to wake up fool my mind and go back to sleep in the afternoon after doing my rounds and chores before heading off to work at 4 pm on wards.
