I suffered from depression growing up due to.. circumstances that were beyond my control and although I was never treated for it, I'm considering seeing a doctor about possible anxiety or depression even now.

Yes, Depression and Anxiety because of bad life choices. But I’m finding exercising and eating well is really working...Easier said than done as it was really hard to get myself motivated and out of my bed. Still have off days but at least I’m not hiding away for weeks at a time. I was offered medication but turned it down as it didn’t work for my mother and seemed to make her worse. I’m sure this isn’t the case for everyone and the pharmaceutical route can really work! Good luck to everyone. I’m sure we can all do it and start enjoying life like we are supposed to!

i suffer from anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder (type 2) and borderline personality disorder so i definitely know the feels of how they can cripple you physically, psychologically and emotionally, hence why i always urge those in need to speak/vent/rant to me in private to get s**t off their minds as i know it can really help :3
