going to and from hospital as i've just had cellulitis and sepsis recently, good times! got this week off work which is nice but i'd rather be able to use my right hand, typing anything rn is a ballache >_<"

cellulitis is no laughing matter I can tell you, before I realised just how bad it can be it’s almost killed me once. I thought I had flu, my temp kept going up and down and I had a rash that was moving up my leg, when I could eventually get to the doctors an ambulance was called and I was rushed straight to hospital. If the infection had gotten any higher it would have gotten into my groin and then my heart and killed me.

yeah it's super-dangerous but i'm glad that you're ok senpai! this is my 2nd time with celluitis and sepsis and honestly i am very worried as i feel like death ;o; how long did it take for you to recover?

once they start you on a corse of antibiotics you’ll feel better after two or three days. They’ll probably give you either Flucluxacilin or erithamicin

once they start you on a corse of antibiotics you’ll feel better after two or three days. They’ll probably give you either Flucluxacilin or erithamicin but you’ll never really recover from it, once you’ve had it you’ll keep getting it come back after a while, my last cellulitis episode was back in march

yeah i'm on 4 grams of flucloxacillin a day for the next 10 days now but still feeling fever-ish and i can't stop sweating ;o; i still can't use my right hand also which is the worst!
